Blanchard surface grinding provides high material removal rates while maintaining exceptional flatness.

This 50hp Blanchard 22-42 has a 42" magnetic chuck and a custom 22" diamond wheel for grinding difficult non-metallics.

Vacuum chucks can be used in conjuction to safely grind thin materials.

Our Blanchard # 11 has a 16" magnetic chuck, and an 11" diamond wheel for efficiently grinding smaller parts when the capacity of the 22-42 is not needed.
A Royal Master 12x4 centerless grinder provides us with the ability to thrufeed centerless grind rods up to 1.5" diameter.  A seperate deep bed coolant filtration system provides clean coolant even during large volume jobs.

We have a wide range of standard surface grinders from small rollerway manual grinders to larger automatic surface grinders.

This 12-24 Okamoto surface grinder is outfitted with a vacuum chuck for grinding large thin parts.
