MILLING

Mica-Tron Products Corp. uses state-of-the-art CNC Machining Centers, each Center having been carefully chosen based on performance characteristics such as accuracy, speed, and reliability.

A key factor in the machine selection was the ability of the machine tool to operate without contaminating the work envelope with oil or with air/oil mist.  Our newer machines offer 20,000 RPM spindles, and the axes servos offer high speed accell/decel capabilities, resulting in shorter machining cycles and superb accuracy.  We also have an extensive selection of balanceable tool holders which complement the high speed spindles of our machines.

In addition to our CNC Machining Centers, we have several manual mills, each equipped with Accu-Rite DROs and a host of work-holding tooling.
