Rego-Fix BMT200 Balancing Machine

We recently aquired this high speed tool balancing machine from Rego-Fix.  www.rego-fix.com/bmt2  This machine allows us to run our tooling at higher speeds with extended spindle and bearing life as well as extended cutting tool life.  By reducing vibration, machine components last longer and produce parts with improved surface finish.

The machine's small size and shop friendly exterior allow us to use it right on the shop floor where it's needed.  Even the larger non-balanceable tooling can be hard balanced for significant decreases in vibration.

Grieve NTR-1000 Programable Oven

Our new Grieve oven with fully programable micro-processor control allows us to stress relieve materials or components both prior to and after machining.

While not all materials or components require annealing, there can be significant advantages.

Annealing or stress relieving can produce materials with better machineability and better dimensional stability.
